After Britney Spears allegedly got into a publicized fight with her criminal boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, wherein an ambulance had to be called, her friends are now "concerned" for her safety.

A friend allegedly told Page Six that "he's been bad news from the start."

Another said they fear that Soliz is "extremely dangerous."

This is not the first time some friends claimed they're worried about Spears being so close to Soliz.

According to a source from ET Online, Spears' friends have expressed their disapproval of her new romance, a sentiment they have been reluctant to elaborate on. What they did reveal, however, is that Spears seems to find solace in her relationship with Soliz.

"[Britney Spears] likes him because he makes her feel like he is acting as her protector and she finds comfort in that, especially as she moves through her split from Sam," the insider said.

Britney Spears Clarifies What Truly Happened

It's not clear now what went down, though, because Spears herself denies any wild altercation. Instead, she's saying she merely twisted her ankle. In a post full of rambling thoughts, she also said she's now moving to Boston.

The "Woman in Me" stated on Instagram that she had only "twisted [her] ankle" during the argument.

She also claimed that paramedics showed up at her place "illegally."

"Even though they never entered my room, I still felt really harassed."

What was earlier reported by several publications, however, is quite different.

According to these reports, the couple most recently fought at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles in the early hours of May 2.

The Los Angeles Fire Department revealed that it received a 911 call at 12:42 a.m. following pictures showing the "Toxic" singer appearing upset while standing outside the renowned hotel with her partner.

"We received a 911 call reporting an adult female, who had been injured," the LAFD rep told Page Six. "The caller did not have much information regarding the nature of the injury. We sent one ambulance to the location." Although some people close to Spears informed us she did not seek medical assistance and went home "safe," and with security, an ambulance arrived on the site.

The incident happened hours after Spears and 30-year-old Asghari finalized their divorce last August when Asghari filed to end their one-year marriage.

Britney Spears, Paul Soliz Relationship Timeline

In August 2023, Page Six was the first to disclose that Spears, 42, had been "getting close" to Soliz while divorcing Sam Asghari, her then-husband.

Soliz used to be the Grammy winner's housekeeper at her $7.4 million Thousand Oaks, California estate, but he was reportedly fired after his massive rap sheet surfaced.

According to court documents, he was convicted of felony possession of a firearm in 2022 and has been charged with several other felonies during the previous two decades.

Since he ceased working for her, and after Asghari filed for a divorce, Spears is said to be be seeing Soliz romantically.

When paparazzi caught up with Soliz outside of a San Fernando courthouse in September 2023, he refused to divulge more about their relationship, but confirmed they were seeing each other.

He described Spears as a "good person" and declined to answer directly when asked if they started seeing each other when Spears was still with Asghari.

He brushed off the question and said instead, "Sam is a good guy too - I like Sam."

In that ambush interview, Soliz shared details about his personal life, clarifying he was more than just a housekeeper.
"I own my own business," he said. "I do license contractor technique tile."

Just recently, Spears exhibited some weird and erratic behavior with the same guy.

Following the resolution of her court battle regarding her conservatorship with her father, Jamie Spears, Spears immediately spotted out and about with her purported boyfriend.

Based on the pictures acquired by In Touch, the "Toxic" singer was spotted driving around the San Fernando Valley in California on April 25. However, to evade having her pictures taken by the paparazzi, the star attempted to recline her seat as far back as it would go while riding in the Mercedes SUV's passenger seat. Because she needed to kick up her feet to do this, she inadvertently cracked the windshield on her side with her tan heels.

Soliz then tried to evade being photographed, using his arm to obscure photos of his face.
