In the wake of renewed concerns regarding Britney Spears' mental well-being after being freed from her conservatorship, a reported fight between the pop star and her partner, Paul Soliz, at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on May 2, 2024, has caused more apprehensions for her true state.

A new report suggests that this incident is indicative of a recurring pattern within their alleged relationship.

Ostensibly, it is not the first instance of such tumultuous encounters between them in hotels.

In particular, sources revealed TMZ that a prior altercation took place at a Las Vegas hotel in December 2023, which was not publicized.

Britney Spears, Paul Soliz 'Thrashed' Las Vegas Hotel

According to insiders who spoke with TMZ, Spears and Soliz resided at the Wynn in Las Vegas, Nevada, during the final week of 2023. However, instead of enjoying their time, they became embroiled in a heated altercation that escalated to the point where their hotel room was left in shambles by the end of their stay.

Reportedly, Spears ultimately footed a bill of "tens of thousands" of dollars to compensate Wynn Las Vegas for the damages incurred.

Additionally, it has come to light that Soliz, who previously served as Spears' maintenance worker, was involved in an incident where he drove her Mercedes Benz and caused significant damage to the vehicle.

The couple's fights are described as "constant," mainly because of Spears' temperament and mental health.

"Britney is out of control, and it's so bad I'm afraid of the worst," the source said about the couple's fighting, even alleging that the "Toxic" singer's mental state is on the level of "pre-conservatorship and getting worse."

Insiders have also alleged that Spears has "no one" who can push her to get medical and psychological help as her doctors are "stymied."

Meanwhile, Soliz reportedly adds to her instability by being the one who "runs her home" and even orders around the security.

Britney Spears's 911 Call at the Chateau Marmont

TMZ first reported Spears' scuffle at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California, on May 2, 2024. The report claimed Spears and Soliz got into a "huge fight" that pushed the former into crying and lashing out at guests and hotel staff.

Concerned bystanders at the hotel have called in paramedics and law enforcement after thinking she's having a mental breakdown. Paramedics and the Los Angeles Fire Department even responded to the scene.

In an Instagram statement, Spears slammed the "fake" news about their alleged fight and even disclosed that she got her ankle twisted and that paramedics showed up at her doorstep illegally.
