Taylor Swift Reportedly Nonchalant Over Kim Kardashian's Pic with Karlie Kloss: 'Typical Mean Girl Move'

Taylor Swift remained unfazed by Kim Kardashian's shady behavior.

Reports from sources close to the 14-time Grammy winner revealed that after the reality star sharing a picture with Swift's former best friend Karlie Kloss during their feud, the 34-year-old pop star was not surprised by the move.

A source revealed to Life and Style magazine, "[Swift] wasn't surprised by the dig. She thought it was a typical mean girl move by [Kardashian]."

"At this rate, these two may never get along. They definitely aren't ready to forgive and forget yet."

Beforehand, Kardashian has refrained from addressing the hit song "thanK you aIMee," which is reportedly about her. Her photo with Karlie Kloss however, seems to say it all.

In the lyrics, Swift alludes to a turbulent relationship, expressing, "All that time you were throwin' punches, I was buildin' somethin' / And I can't forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed 'F--k you, Aimee' to the night sky, as the blood was gushin'/ But I can't forget the way you made me heal."

Taylor Swift's Feuds

It all started with a disagreement between Swift and Kardashian during the time tension arose when Kardashian's former husband wrote offensive lyrics about Swift in his 2016 track "Famous," labeling her as a derogatory term.

West later asserted that he had sought the blonde star's consent for the song, but Swift refuted approving that particular lyric.

To shift the narrative, the mother-of-four released a recorded version of the phone conversation between West and the "Lavender Haze" artist, painting Swift in a negative light.

However, after a full recording was unveiled to the public in 2020 revealing Swift's lack of consent, Kardashian did not bother to apologize.

At present, while Swift and Kardashian will probably never be friends, there seems to be a positive shift in the bond between the "Fortnight" singer and Kloss following a period of friction.

A strong bond formed between Swift and Kloss after crossing paths at a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2013. However, speculations arose in 2018 suggesting a rift between them when the supermodel was spotted spending time in Los Angeles with Katy Perry, who was considered a rival of Swift at the time.

According to a source however, their friendship was significantly restored ever since the model showed support to the musician by attending one of Swift's Eras Tour performances last year.

"And sometimes sisters fight, but they've let it go and are closer than ever now," another source revealed to Life and Style magazine last year.
