Lady Gaga is opening up to her fans as they head back to Chromatica.

The "Rain on Me" singer took to social media today to announce that the filmed capture of her Chromatica Ball concert tour would be coming to HBO on May 25. Upon the announcement, Gaga posted a vulnerable update with her fans, revealing her excitement in finally sharing the film with the Little Monsters.

"This film chronicles a time of immense creativity...the fashion, the dance, the music. Revisiting the tour leaves me speechless the way we had each other-you all showed up for music and art in a big way, and with a level of excitement and freedom that I will never forget. Stadium after stadium. Sold out crowds. The deafening singalongs."

Referring to the 2020 album as "colorful revenge," the tour ran throughout the summer of 2022, with the concert film being recorded at the Los Angeles stop. Now, almost four years since the tour wrapped up, the film will finally be available to watch.

The "Bad Romance" singer says that the "chaos" of the album "became pure energy and life" when she first performed it live two years after its release. She said that the music is "best experienced live" after she "edited it carefully" for her fans.

The Oscar-winner also dropped the trailer for the movie, where she is seen belting out classic songs like "Telephone," "Stupid Love," A Star Is Born's "Shallow," and Top Gun: Maverick's "Hold My Hand."

The film had been a frequent topic of conversation among Gaga fans, as many became frustrated when she would share new brand partnerships and sponsored posts, as opposed to more information about her music. Nearly a year ago, Gaga shared a first look at the editing process for the film.

Now, the upcoming Joker star is sharing "the truth" about her relationship with her fans, after revealing that so much of the concert was crafted specifically for them.

"I love you monsters more than I can say. See yourself in every vocal, every fabric choice, the choreography, every image... Here's the truth-no matter where life or my career has taken me, my time with you always is a path back to a very powerful part of myself. In a stadium filled with YOU it came to life. Thank you for that feeling."

While Gaga will soon grace screens with the Chromatica Ball coming to HBO, she was notably missing from Monday's Met Gala. It has now been revealed that the "intense" rehearsals for her upcoming return to Las Vegas kept her from walking the red carpet in New York City, Harper's Bazaar reports.

The singer will be returning for more performances of her Jazz & Piano concert series, which kicks off on June 19. The show features Gaga singing some stripped-down piano versions of her greatest hits, as well as songs from the Great American Songbook.
