Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, known for being part of the TLC, has been romantically involved with actor Matthew Lawrence for nearly two years. In a recent interview, she openly expressed her appreciation for Lawrence's influence on her perceptions of marriage. The question on many fans' minds now is whether wedding bells are in their future.

The TLC songstress sat down in an interview with Fox 5 Atlanta to give fans an insight into her relationship with the Boy Meets World star. She said both of them experienced being in a relationship without any drama for the first time.

"We get along and we have differences, but we've never had an argument," she says, adding that she doesn't understand why people argue in the first place.

When asked about her fear of commitment to a marriage, the singer said, "I do not, I don't have any fear at all when it comes to him."

She further explained that she's not afraid of committing to her boyfriend because he's "a good guy" with "an amazing heart."

"He checks off all of my list except for a few I don't know yet-'til we get married," she added.

As of this writing, neither of the two celebrities has confirmed whether they're tying the knot.

According to Us Weekly magazine, Lawrence and Chilli started dating after the actor divorced his ex-wife, Cheryl Burke.

They were initially seen hanging out together in Hawaii, but a representative later confirmed their relationship was platonic.

However, they confirmed their romance after spending New Year's Eve together.

"They didn't intend for things to move as quickly; it was a go-with-the-flow situation, but right away, they just clicked and wanted to be together as often as possible. They're both very optimistic and excited, though. It's an incredibly happy time for them right now," a source said.

In March 2023, Lawrence spoke about the possibility of starting a family with the singer, saying he didn't want to "pressure" his lover, adding that she already has an "incredible son," but if given a chance in the future, he thought that she'd be an "incredible mother again."

In a subsequent interview, Chilli emphasized that while she wouldn't rule out the possibility of having more children, marriage was a definite priority for her. Prior to her relationship with the actor, she had been romantically linked to Nick Cannon, Usher, and Dallas Austin.
