According to Page Six. the "Jenny From the Block" hitmaker is hunting for a new Los Angeles home, following an earlier report that her husband is doing exactly just that.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck's recent activities have ignited a fresh wave of intrigue. Reports suggest he was spotted prowling the affluent precincts of Brentwood, California, with paparazzi capturing his departure from an undisclosed residence. Fueling the gossip mill further, it's rumored that Affleck might have spent the night at this mysterious location.
Despite incessant rumors of marital discord, the "Batman v. Superman" protagonist was seen sporting his wedding band on his left hand. Had he been without this, he would have set tongues wagging.
For several days, Affleck has been residing at the Brentwood residence. Coincidentally, his former wife, Jennifer Garner, resides nearby.
The talk of marriage trouble started circulating after the "Hustlers" actress made a solo appearance at the 2024 Met Gala.
According to insider information shared with TMZ, Affleck's absence at the prestigious fashion event was due to his commitment to filming The Accountant 2 in a different part of the country.
The source told Us Weekly, "Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage."
"They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour."

Affleck and Lopez finally found their dream home in 2023 after an extensive two-year search. Their $60 million estate in Beverly Hills spans an impressive 38,000 square feet and features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and even a basketball court.
The lavish property also includes a stunning zero-edge pool, a guest penthouse, a caretaker's residence, a 12-car garage, and ample parking space for up to 80 vehicles.
Despite speculation surrounding their romantic status, neither the celebrities nor their representatives have officially spoken about their relationship. However, Lopez recently "liked" an Instagram post outlining the qualities of a partner that may contribute to a toxic relationship.
