Travis Kelce Follows Through Taylor Swift's Sweet Advice About Performing at Kelce Jam Music Festival

According to Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift had offered some words of wisdom to him before his performance in front of thousands at Kelce Jam on Saturday.

Speaking exclusively to Page Six, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end shared that the pop sensation advised him to simply "go out there and have fun." He followed through, but not without disclaiming that he cannot completely do the things Taylor Swift does onstage.

"I'd be silly if I tried to imitate what she does!" the 34-year-old joked on the red carpet ahead of the music festival, presented by Jim Beam.

After an earlier Page Six report claimed the tight end has admitted to being nervous about the turnout of the Kelce Festival, more than 20,000 enthusiastic fans thronged to the Azura Amphitheater in Kansas City, Missouri, over the weekend for the second annual Kelce Jam. The star-studded event boasted performances by Lil Wayne, Diplo, 2 Chainz, and, of course, Kelce himself.

Seemingly taking Swift's advice to heart, the NFL star was spotted dancing and thoroughly enjoying himself throughout the festivities.

The three-time Super Bowl champion, who proudly paraded the Lombardi Trophy on stage, delighted the crowd by tossing signed footballs into their midst. Kelce also indulged in a few drinks and seized the opportunity to showcase his DJ skills alongside Diplo.

"Through all my years in [Kansas City], life could be no better than right the f-k now," Kelce told the crowd.

The charismatic tight end echoed this sentiment in our pre-show conversation, lauding the community for their "unbelievable" support.

It can be said that Kelce is now well-versed in the world of music. He has been into several Taylor Swift shows already and witnessed how charming his girlfriend can be while performing.

In addition to his bustling schedule, the NFL star has been globe-trotting to support Swift on her international Eras Tour.

Earlier this month, the tight end jetted off to Paris alongside Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper to inaugurate the European leg of her record-breaking tour.

The trio seemed to revel in the experience, singing and dancing in a suite throughout the hours-long show - with Swift graciously giving Kelce a few heartfelt shout-outs along the way.
