The 60th Anniversary of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit event in New York City was a bash for the books, drawing the who's who of celebrities and influencers.
However, the event was publicized further because of John Legend's actions, sparking a debate whether he was a diva or not.
Power couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend appeared to be thoroughly enjoying themselves but also seemed eager to capture the moment in a classic party photo booth.
However, their plans hit a snag when they found a group already occupying the booth, taking their time to get the perfect shot.
This delay might have prompted Teigen and Legend to nudge the group along.
A TikTok video showed John Legend enters the booth while the women are still inside. He informs them that he and Teigen plan to join them for a quick snap.

Surprised, the women promptly exit the booth, sparking chatter about the encounter, claiming John Legend was a diva, especially when he wants to do something with his wife, Teigen.
Some however defended Legend and said that from the video, it can be seen that he was speaking very politely to the girls. Some though said it did not matter what kind of tone or voice he used, he should have just waited for their turn.
Despite the buzz, the full story becomes unclear, especially after Legend was photographed with one of the women from the group. Therefore, there must be no hard feelings.
Speculation abounds, with some suggesting it was all in good fun, but the truth remains elusive.
Meanwhile, John Legend is gearing up for a break from "The Voice."
However, that doesn't mean he'll be slowing down in his music career. While the 45-year-old musician is currently focused on the music competition's upcoming semi-finals, he reveals to ET's Cassie DiLaura his plans to sit out next season.
"With all the projects in the pipeline, there's no rest for the wicked," Legend tells ET. "I've got a packed schedule this summer with lots of shows and international travel lined up. So, while I may be stepping back from 'The Voice,' a true break isn't in the cards for me just yet!"
