Lana Del Rey has made no effort to hide her vaping habits from the public. On her song "Taco Truck," she openly sings "Pass me my vape, I'm feelin' sick, I need to take a puff." The singer even featured the crackling sound of a Juul on "A&W."
At a concert in Rio De Janeiro, Del Rey paused mid-"Normal F--ing Rockwell" to ask if fans had seen her vape. This 2023 incident was reminiscent of when the singer lost her vape at a show in Portland in 2019.
She also has signed several vapes in lieu of paper or a CD.
Del Rey is also no stranger to using different models of the smoking simulators that belong to fans, having shared vapes more than once. Just how many times has the Born To Die singer hit a fan's vape?
Hangout Festival
On May 19, Del Rey was set to take the stage at Hangout Festival in Alabama; however, she couldn't begin her performance without a quick hit of a fan's vape.
Leaning over the barricade, Del Rey took a long puff of a fan's bright pink vape before heading to the stage. She wore a blue dress with matching blue boots as her song "West Coast" played over the speakers.
Dublin, Ireland
At a concert in Dublin, Del Rey, once again, approached the barricade, where a fan handed her a square yellow vape. The singer tried to hide her mouth as she took a hit, trying to cover the smoke that flowed out in clouds as eager fans cheered her on.
Mexico City, Mexico
Del Rey was in the midst of signing autographs at a show in Mexico City when a fan passed her a bright pink vape. The singer took a quick rip of the vape, signed the device and handed it back to the fan, who then hit it, blowing a large cloud of vapor over himself and Del Rey.
Huntsville, Alabama
"Lana, do you want my peachy delight vape?" asked a fan in 2023. Del Rey obliged, bending down and puffing on the vape before handing it back. The fan told Del Rey that she could keep the vape, saying that she bought it for her. However, the singer handed it back, saying that she didn't want to keep using a vape as there were children nearby.
Waffle House Parking Lot
Last year, Del Rey turned heads when she had a brief stint appearing to take up a shift at a Waffle House in Alabama. The internet was confused as to why the songstress was working at the breakfast restaurant.
One lucky fan of Del Rey caught her in the parking lot, where she signed autographs, took selfies-and used a vape. The vape-owner said that the experience left her "in disbelief."
