In the aftermath of Britney Spears' conservatorship ending after 13 years, reports have surfaced suggesting a decline in the pop star's mental well-being.
Sources close to the singer have raised concerns about her emotional state.
But despite these worries, insiders reveal that Spears has generated a substantial income of approximately $40 million through her memoir and music endeavors, providing her with financial stability post-conservatorship, according to Radar Online.
Attention has been drawn to Spears' psychological well-being as reports suggest she has been neglecting her prescribed medications for stability and instead opting to consume alcohol.
TMZ reported that she has relinquished control of her home and personal affairs to her criminal partner, Paul Soliz, as her inner circle witnesses her unpredictable behavior and violent outbursts. They assert that she is unapproachable due to her sudden mood shifts, escalating into fits of rage and physical aggression.
According to official records, Soliz is facing charges for several misdemeanors and one felony, as detailed in legal paperwork.
One of the charges includes possessing a firearm in December 2022 during his employment under Spears. Additionally, in September 2023, he appeared at the San Fernando Superior Court for reportedly breaching his probation terms.
According to the outlet, various individuals have contacted them expressing worries about the "Baby One More Time" singer's declining mental well-being, and they are contemplating the necessity of establishing a new conservatorship for the mother-of-two.
The outlet reported that Spears was "in danger of hurting herself or others." It added, "There are times we're told it's impossible to communicate with her because she can't engage in rational conversation."

Sources have also taken steps to dispel claims made by a former security guard about the alleged bugging of Spears' room. According to information from five different sources provided to TMZ, it has been confirmed that no surveillance was taking place in her bedroom.
Amid the worries about her well-being and potential drug smuggling during her conservatorship, approval was granted by a judge for the surveillance of her communication devices to trace the source of the substances being supplied to her.
Her close inner circle expressed a desire to address the ongoing rumors to clarify the situation. They believed that if the claims had not been made, it would not have helped generate support for the #FreeBritney movement and ultimately led to a successful petition to end her conservatorship.
