According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, the footage captured by a hotel surveillance camera is described as "deeply unsettling and challenging to witness."

Fif said on Instagram, "This is why they put that tape out. They know they can't charge him with what we saw, but they know we can't unsee what we saw."

TMZ has also brought to light the legal action taken by model Crystal McKinney against Diddy. The lawsuit claims that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted McKinney back in 2003 when she was 22 years old.

During a Men's Fashion Week gathering in New York City, McKinney claimed in her legal complaint that Diddy, who was 33 years old at the time, extended an invitation for her to visit his studio.

Allegedly, when McKinney arrived, she claimed that both Diddy and other attendees were consuming alcohol and smoking cannabis.

She confesses to inhaling from the joint, suspecting that it might have been tainted with a substance that induced disorientation.

McKinney claimed Diddy coerced her into a bathroom, where he proceeded to kiss her and demand oral sex against her will. Subsequently, she recalls losing consciousness and later regaining awareness in a taxi, recognizing that she had been the victim of a sexual assault.

The ex-model found herself excluded from the modeling world later on, facing a downward spiral, and making a suicide attempt in 2004. Her decision to share her experiences stemmed from ongoing legal actions against Diddy.

She is seeking an undisclosed amount for damages.
