North West made her big debut at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA, and her famous parents, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, were present to see her perform as part of The Lion King anniversary celebration.

The 10-year-old prodigy took the stage wearing an all-yellow outfit complete with a furry hoodie and sleeves to resemble the character of a young Simba. She went out during the performance of the song "I Just Can't Wait to Be King."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Weaver, the original voice in the movie, introduced the young singer by mentioning that it would be her "Hollywod debut."

In addition to Kanye and Kim in the crowd, her grandmother, Kris Jenner, was also present to witness North perform. They were seen raising their phones to record her singing parts.

Aside from North, other stars took the stage to perform, including Nathan Lane and Ernie Sabella, the original voices from the track "Hakuna Matata."

Jeremy Ions, the original voice of Scar, also took the stage to perform "Be Prepared," as did Jennifer Hudson, who delivered her powerful rendition of the track "Can You Feel the Love Tonight."

Other performers include Heather Headley, Lebo M., Bradley Gibson, Billy Eichner, Ernie Sabella, and Jeremy Irons.

The cast will return for another round of filming on Saturday night. At a later date, the entire event will be available for streaming on Disney+, but details have yet to be announced.

The recent performance comes after North West teased her debut album, Elementary School Dropout, which directly references her father Kanye West's The College Dropout.

The young singer told Jazzy's World TV during the Rolling Loud festival that she has no idea when the record will come out, but she assured supporters that it's "going to be great."

In other updates about The Lion King, a prequel will be released on December 20, 2024, with returning cast members Seth Rogen, Donald Glover, John Kani, Beyoncé, and many more.

In addition, Beyoncé's daughter, Blue Ivy, will make her voice-acting debut as the young lion cub Kiara.

"The chance meeting sets in motion an expansive journey of an extraordinary group of misfits searching for their destiny-their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a threatening and deadly foe," the film's plot read, as reported by Consequence.
