GloRilla is facing legal trouble. An Atlanta-based investor accused him of defrauding him after failing to fulfill her contractual obligations.

Businessman Aristotle Varner Jr. took to The Morning Hustle on Friday to reveal that he's filing a lawsuit against the female rapper.

"She was [already] big. It's just - you know - celebrity, cocky, 'I'm not going to fulfill the contract' s***. You know how that s*** go," he said.

Spade TV took to Instagram to share the court document related to the lawsuit, which showed that the investor paid the rapper $150,000 to post a collaborative Instagram message, perform at an event, hold a meet-and-greet, and interview his wife, Asia Varner.

Varner Jr. alleged that GloRilla, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, only posted the collaborative post on social media and didn't fulfill the other promises she made.

"Despite providing full payment, the Defendant neglected to perform two (2) of the three (3) contracted services... As of the time of this filing the only work performed by Defendant has been the seventy-two (72) hour collaboration post on Instagram," the filing reads.

The issue stemmed from 2022, but Hip Hop DX reported that Varner Jr.'s Aristotle Investments company showed GloRilla promoting his upcoming free stock class.

As of this writing, the female rapper has yet to share an official statement about the matter.

In other updates about GloRilla, the rapper is Thee Stallion's supporting act on her Hot Girl Summer Tour.

More recently, Cardi B made a surprise appearance during her show at Madison Square Garden, where they performed their hit collaborative track, "WAP."

The three performed other songs such as "Tomorrow 2," "Bongos," and "Wannabe."

GloRilla also announced to the crowd that Cardi will collaborate with her and Megan on the song "Wanna Be" from her recent mixtape, "Ehhthang Ehhthang."

She promised fans that her new mixtape would inspire fans to work out more as she wrote on X, "My mixtape literally will make yo ass grow I seen it with my own two eyes."

Megan's next show with GloRilla will be at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, MD, which is now sold out. More details about other tour dates and tickets are available on the rapper's official website.
