Taylor Swift is one of the biggest pop stars today, with millions of fans worldwide, and most people recognize her whenever she goes somewhere. Since this is the case, the musician has to be surrounded by security all the time, but have you ever wondered how many bodyguards she has and how much she pays them?

According to Distractify, the singer has different bodyguards, and their roles vary from day to day. Although their exact number is unclear, some of her security staff have been spotted several times and even had viral moments of their own.

When the singer was attending her boyfriend's NFL games, she was surrounded by security guards, who ensured her safety at all times.

At one moment, after the AFC Championship game, commentator Tomy Romo attempted to hug Swift, but a bodyguard immediately stopped him. He was later permitted to do so.

In a recent report by The Sun, a source revealed that over 20 people, who are "the absolute best at their jobs," were hired to protect the pop star and people in her team for her tour in Europe.

An insider revealed that each personnel is getting paid $1,100 per day.

"She is the biggest superstar on the planet... So security has to be perfect for her and the entourage," the source said.

The "All Too Well" hitmaker is said to be spending around $30 million on security alone, which is more than what other celebrities spend on bodyguards.

According to other reports, Swift also needs an array of clothing. Behind her fashion and trending makeup looks, the musician has a glam team for which she reportedly pays millions of dollars.

A source noted that Taylor Swift spends around $4.3 million on hair and makeup, as well as wages for the members of her backup band.

"We are like an army... But everyone involved loves this kind of challenge," an external consultant coordinating makeup and hairstylists for The Eras Tour in Europe said.

Coordinating people for the singer's staff isn't an easy job, as the source further explained that they have to adapt to "temperature and humidity" depending on which country they are in.

The insider noted that ten makeup artists are working on the European leg of the singer's tour, and each is expected to take home $65,000 for three months' worth of work.
