Jennifer Lopez's anticipated $90 million Las Vegas residency deal is said to be at-risk of being cancelled. If not cancelled, the shows will proceed with her fees being drastically slashed.

The deal might not push through amid disappointing album sales and lackluster ticket demand for her upcoming concert tour, sources tell The Post.

The pop icon, currently making headlines amid rumors of trouble in her relationship with Ben Affleck, had been in discussions with MGM Grand for a lucrative contract guaranteeing $1 million per show for 90 dates starting next year.

However, recent concerns have arisen among casino executives due to dismal ticket sales for her first tour in five years following the release of her album This is Me ... Now in February.

Seven shows have been canceled this summer due to poor demand, according to insiders.

Despite reports from The Mirror on Feb. 2 suggesting a potential Vegas deal, no official announcement has been made.

It was rumored however, that MGM, in collaboration with Live Nation, proposed over $800,000 per show. However, rival casino Resorts World, in partnership with Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), countered with $875,000 per show.

Eventually, MGM and Live Nation offered $1 million per show for Jennifer Lopez.

However today, concerns have arisen due to her underperforming tour and alleged marriage troubles.

According to sources, MGM is "skirmish" about Lopez's tour struggles and is reconsidering the Vegas deal. The singer may now face a significant reduction in the originally proposed $90 million, with estimates suggesting a potential decrease to $600,000 to $650,000 per show and fewer performances.

Rumors surrounding the alleged strain in Lopez and Affleck's marriage surfaced earlier this month when the couple hadn't been seen together publicly since March.

Sources suggested that Affleck had "moved out" of their Beverly Hills mansion, opting to reside in a Brentwood home on his own.

According to tabloid reports, Lopez and Affleck are reportedly on the brink of divorce, living apart, and deeply dissatisfied in their marriage. Affleck supposedly desires a life out of the public eye, while Lopez remains entrenched in it.
