Madonna is, once again, being sued by audience members from her Celebration Tour.

Justen Lipeles has filed a class action lawsuit, alleging that he and the audience were subject to watching sex acts with no warning, among other accusations.

TMZ reports that Lipeles' laundry list of complaints claim that the "Vogue" hitmaker should have notified the audience about the steamy sections of her show before they spent money on the pricey tickets to the sold-out show.

The lawsuit begins by pointing out that the concert started an hour and a half late, which has previously led to other audience members suing the 65-year-old. He then goes on to state that Madonna was lip-syncing throughout various parts of the concert, which lasts over two hours.

Throughout the show, which featured 31 songs, the singer allegedly kept the air conditioning off, which led to sweltering heat conditions. The suit claims that the heat made Lipeles and multiple audience members sick. Madonna allegedly brushed off any complaints about the temperature, telling the crowd to instead strip down if they were hot.

However, the lawsuit takes a turn when Lipeles begins to accuse the "Like A Prayer" hitmaker of subjecting audiences to "pornography without warning." He said that he was "forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts," likening the experience to watching porn.

The concert did feature several moments of racy intimacy, including the backup dancers performing to "Hung Up" while completely topless. Madonna also got intimate with a female dancer before lying in bed with her during "Papa Don't Preach." At the end of most performances of the tour, she also kissed a female dancer that was wearing her iconic "Like A Virgin" costume, referencing her infamous VMAs moment with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

The suit demands that Madonna must refund their tickets and/or hand over any profits that she made from the concerts.

Madonna recently fired back at another lawsuit filed against her by two fans that were left unsatisfied when her New York City concerts started later than scheduled. After a Brooklyn pair accused her of breaking the law by starting her concert over two hours late, the Grammy-winner's lawyers requested the court to dismiss the case, stating that needing to "get up early to go to work" the day after the concert is not grounds for suing as if it is an "injury."

The defendants did not help their case by raving about the concert on Facebook after it ended. Once the singer's legal team found social media posts that called her performance "incredible, as always," they hit back by saying that they "got just what they paid for: a full-length, high-quality show by the Queen of Pop."

After over 80 shows, Madonna wrapped up the tour at Copacabana Beach in Brazil in early May. The final performance was the biggest concert of her career, drawing a crowd of over one million.
