In a previous interview with Taste of Country Nights, he opened up about being a father to his children, saying, "It's just kind of hard to write or focus on anything else. That's what my world is right now."
He added that he's lucky to spend three or four days a week at home with his children. Since he only plays two nights a week, he gets to bond with his kids most of the time at home.
"That's what I'm doing. I go out and play some shows and come home and make breakfast and lunches and naps and diapers," he added.
The upcoming record will follow his two albums, Growin' Up and Gettin' Old.
In other updates about Combs, the country star is on tour until later this year. His next show will be at the Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, UT, on June 7, 2024.
