News has surfaced that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have listed their $60 million Beverly Hills home for sale amid their separation.

Sources told TMZ that the couple hired real estate agent Santiago Arana from The Agency to handle the sale of the property they bought last year.

After about two weeks, Arana has been showing the home, but no buyers have expressed interest yet. Lopez and Affleck are asking for around $65 million for the estate. The outlet reported they may face a substantial financial loss due to the broker's fee, a new tax on high-value properties, and the money spent on upgrades.

This comes after new photos of the home were posted on Zillow. Images showing the interior were shared on June 1 and June 5, according to The Daily Mail. Records show the mansion was officially sold last year.

In May 2023, Lopez and Affleck bought the 43,000-square-foot estate for $60.8 million, just ten months after their Las Vegas wedding. The lavish home includes an indoor sports complex, a sports bar, outdoor lounging areas, a zero-edge pool, and massive grounds.

Speculation about their possible divorce grew with the news of their home being sold.

A source revealed that the "Get Right" singer reached a turning point in her relationship with Affleck when she attended a premiere alone while he spent time with friends.

There are ongoing rumors about their relationship, with reports suggesting the Gone Girl actor has moved out. Despite the buzz, Lopez has been busy promoting her latest movie Atlas on Netflix.

At the recent movie's premiere in Mexico, fans noticed that the mom-of-two seemed sad as she appeared alone on the red carpet. Meanwhile, her husband was seen enjoying a meal at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, California, over 1,500 miles away.

A People magazine insider at the restaurant noted Affleck's good mood, saying, "He was in a great mood. He seemed very relaxed and happy. Everyone chatted and seemed to enjoy it."

Another insider revealed to DeuxMoi that Lopez was upset seeing pictures of her husband during his night out.

"[Affleck] not going to the premiere in Mexico was a big deal to [Lopez]. He was seen that same night out to dinner in LA, and I'm sure she saw the paparazzi pictures and heard from people he was out. That was the deal breaker for her."
