Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour will mark a huge milestone on June 13, 2024, as it will be Swift's 100th concert. Swifties are racking their brains about what they speculate the global pop star will do on the major milestone.
Some fans speculated that Swift would be releasing a music video for one of her new songs from The Tortured Poets Department, specifically "But Daddy, I Love Him." This is after Swifties seemed to notice the unusual color combinations she had on her new clothes for the 1989 set during her Edinburgh concerts.
On Reddit, fans have their own theories on what Swift could do for her milestone show.
"I feel like she could do a collab surprise song!! Maybe bring Florence out for Florida (Flo is English and lives in the UK permanently) or Ed Sheeran for one of their collabs? She'll definitely do something special, that's going to be a really fun show," one theorized.
"I'm at this show too! Since it's been brought to my attention that it will be the 100th show it has gotten my brain cogs whirring but honestly I'm more excited about learning that Aaron Dessner is a diehard Liverpool fan. If Taylor can make his (I presume) dream come true by being able to play at Anfield, then my chances of hearing WCS as a surprise song are significantly increased," another said.
Someone even theorized that she might bring out Paul McCartney as a guest for the 100th show.
Swift's 100th show will be at Anfield in Liverpool, United Kingdom. As expected, the city council has prepared for Swift's arrival and is also celebrating the momentous milestone.
BBC reported that Liverpool City created a trail of art installations inspired by Swift's albums.
"Even if you have not got a ticket for Taylor you can come to Liverpool and enjoy a bit of Taylor magic," Liverpool Council Culture Director Claire McColgan told the publication. According to McColgan, they wanted to create something to mirror Swift's "exceptional and seismic" impact on the music industry and pop culture.
Among the art installations mounted were a 7-foot butterfly, a moss-covered grand piano, murals, a floral swing bench, and a "Red" room.
