After performing her biggest hits in different cities worldwide for over a year, Taylor Swift has finally confirmed that her massive Eras Tour will be ending soon.

The musician recently performed her 100th show in Liverpool, England, on Thursday. During her highly anticipated performance, the singer told her fans at Anfield stadium that her series of concerts would end in December.

"People have been like, 'How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?'" she said, adding that the celebration of the 100th concert is the very first time that she acknowledged to herself and admitted that "the tour is going to end in December. Like, that's it."

Fans took to social media over the past few months to speculate that the musician might extend her concerts to 2025, but her last shows will be in Canada from December 6 to 8.

Reflecting on her experience performing for thousands of fans worldwide, the mega-pop superstar said her tour was "the most exhausting, all-encompassing, but most joyful, most rewarding, most wonderful thing that has ever happened in my life."

It also became her "entire life" because it took over everything.

"I think I once had hobbies, but I don't know what they were anymore. All I do when I'm not on stage is sit at home and try to think of clever acoustic song mash-ups and think about what you might want to hear," she added.

Swift later expressed her gratitude to those who came to her concerts as they made plans in advance, planned what they would wear, memorized lyrics, figured out the transportation and parking, and more.

"I want to spend the 100th show just thinking about that and living in this moment with you and being here with you. Just know that I appreciate every single ounce of effort that you put in to be with us when this tour reaches triple digits of shows. So, thank you," she concluded.

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour launched in March 2023. She visited major cities across the United States, South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Her concert was also featured in a movie called Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.

The singer's final shows will be at the BC Place in Vancouver, BC, on December 6, 7, and 8, 2024.
