Ariana Grande is still reportedly working with Scooter Braun and Hybe less than one year after dropping him as manager in 2023.
Representatives from Grande announced that her partnership with Braun is back on.
"Ariana Grande and HYBE, led by CEO Scooter Braun, look forward to continuing their long-standing business partnership and pursuing creative opportunities in Weverse and REM Beauty," SB Projects shared on their Instagram page. "Grande in this new chapter will continue to be managed exclusively by Brandon Creed/Good World Management."
HYBE wouldn't be involved in Grande's music endeavors as they would only promote her makeup brand, R.E.M Beauty.
"New chapter but always team Ari :),' Braun said on Instagram.
According to a Variety source, in September 2023, Grande seemed to officially split with Scooter Braun, SB Projects, and HYBE America.
"Ariana is leaving both Scooter and HYBE. There is absolutely no truth to her staying," the source confirmed, attesting that the unfollowing of Grande to Braun on social media earlier this week held weight.
Speculation about Grande and Braun's relationship grew as the popstar has since followed Braun on Instagram, but after the news came about, she was no longer following him.
"They are friendly but she's outgrown him and is excited to go in a different direction," they added. "Yes, there are negotiations happening because of contracts. But this is her choice. It's time for something new."
According to a Billboard report, Grande signed with Good World Management, a newly launched management firm, in December 2023.
"[Ariana] likes that [Brandon] understands her on a different level and between acting and music, she has a lot coming up and is excited to have found a new support system to help her execute her plans," a source dished out.
Meanwhile, another source said that Grande wanted to focus on her art and put her artistry and vision before anything else.
"He is the perfect person to help her execute her visions for this next chapter of her life and career," another source revealed.
Film producer Brandon Creed manages good World Management. Since July 2023, Creed has signed Mark Ronson, Troye Sivan, Normani, and Charli XCX. Bruno Mars and Lizzo were also former clients of Creed.
