Drake has made history by becoming the first artist to amass a staggering 100 billion streams on the popular music platform Spotify.

This groundbreaking milestone was reached on a significant Tuesday, only two months after he was on the brink of hitting the 97 billion stream mark.

Upon receiving the latest update, Chart Data first announced and subsequently validated it through KWORB, a platform dedicated to monitoring streaming activity and rankings across various services.

Taylor Swift, currently ranked at number two, is the closest contender to the Canadian singer, trailing behind with her impressive 84.4 billion streams.

Drake's monthly listenership skyrocketed to an impressive 78,140,542, firmly establishing his presence in the music industry.

Champagne Papi's supporters expressed their excitement upon learning the news online, feeling convinced that he emerged victorious In the wake of a heated feud with fellow musician Kendrick Lamar.

Fans encouraged Lamar to step up his game and highlighted similarities between the two musicians.

One former Twitter user, One X, even said, "Kendrick can never achieve this even in the next 10 years."

Another wrote, referring to Drake, "The biggest hip hop artist ever. No other hip hop artist can recreate this anytime soon."

Drake's massive achievement comes after a major loss.

Amid the NBA Finals excitement on June 6, Drake took to Instagram to reveal his enthusiastic Bitcoin wager on the Mavericks, aiming for a significant $1.37 million prize.

Unfortunately, the 2024 NBA Finals did not go in Drake's favor, as the Boston Celtics clinched their 18th championship by defeating the Mavericks with a commanding 4-1 series score.

During a pivotal Game 5, the Celtics secured a 106-88 win on their home court, marking a big moment for the team. This win propelled them past the Lakers to claim the most titles in NBA history.

The "One Dance" singer lost $500,000 for that bet.

In addition to his NBA betting endeavors, Drake disclosed another wager he had made. This time, he placed another $500,000 bet on the Edmonton Oilers to emerge victorious in the quest for the Stanley Cup.

Scheduled for June 22, the upcoming match had high stakes for the former Degrassi star. Depending on the outcome, Drake could potentially double his recent losses to $1 million or significantly recover his funds.
