Taylor Swift sent her Swifties into a frenzy by making her relationship with Travis Kelce Instagram official on Saturday.
After her second sold-out show at Wembley Stadium in London, the 34-year-old pop icon posted an epic backstage selfie featuring herself, the NFL star Travis Kelce (also 34), Prince William, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.
Although the celebrity couple has been romantically linked since 2023, this Instagram post marks Travis's first appearance on Taylor's social media.
"Happy Bday M8! London shows are off to a splendid start @princeandprincessofwales," the "Fortnight" singer captioned the incredible snapshot, celebrating the future King of England's 42nd birthday.
Fans of Taylor Swift flooded social media with reactions (not in the comments section as it was turned off), marveling at their queen's first official Instagram post with Travis, which was made even more "iconic" by including the royal family.
"Are you telling me the first time Travis is posted on Taylor's social media, it's with Prince William, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte? THIS IS ICONIC," wrote one follower.
Another commented on a separate selfie Prince William shared of his two kids and Taylor backstage, saying, 'the gag of it all is the fact that Taylor also took a picture with Prince William and his kids alone, but chose to upload the picture to her social media that includes her boyfriend.
One said she cannot believe the evolution of Swift. "She's loud and proud, and not hiding it. :') If you told me this one year ago, I would call you crazy."
Eagle-eyed Swifties also noticed that Travis started "liking" several of Taylor's recent posts soon after they made their relationship Instagram official.
Some said "this man is living his best life," while others find his action incredulous. They feel that he was waiting for her to make it ok by posting him, and it's giving them all the feels.
One Swiftie even posted screenshots of the posts evidencing this spreen: "Travis is currently liking every single post by Taylor I am crying."
Dating rumors about the superstar couple began circulating in September 2023 when Taylor was seen at multiple Travis NFL games.
More than 90,000 Swifties filled Wembley Stadium to witness the American superstar's impassioned performance, the first of her three shows in England's capital. Celebrity A-listers were even among the crowd.
Fans were treated to a special surprise when Taylor performed two unexpected mashups on the show.
