Travis Kelce, 34, surprised fans by making a stage debut during Taylor Swift's Sunday, June 23, concert at Wembley Stadium in London, where he carried Taylor, 34, before her performance of "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart."

Taylor Swift Very Secure With Travis Kelce

Fans have said that Kelce's actions on his onstage debut speak volumes, with or without a proposal. An expert agrees.

"The fact she has brought Travis on stage speaks volumes to the seriousness of their relationship. What people tend to do, especially at the level of scrutiny these two are under, is try to keep their life separate for an amount of time," Darren Stanton said while speaking on behalf of Slingo, as reported by Life and Style.

"In most relationships, there might be some time before people take their boyfriend or girlfriend home to meet their family or friends. You have to be quite secure in a relationship to introduce your partner to your friends. People don't really cross the streams until they are confident in the relationship and know they're happy."

Travis Kelce's Onstage Debut Grander Than Meeting Family

Stanton also noted that Swift's choice to bring Kelce on stage was a significantly grander and more dramatic gesture than introducing him to her family.

"Her fans are very important to her," he continued. "This is the ultimate thing she can do to show her fans the relationship is serious and making that declaration is showing him, and any doubters, that this is a very serious relationship."

Darren noted the couple's chemistry and ease with each other onstage. Swift seems to call the shots confidently, but Kelce is all too happy to be with her and in front of their fans. This shows how sure they are of each other.

"Taylor's called the shots, she is obviously quite confident of Travis being the potential person she is going to spend the rest of her life with," the expert said. "When we tend to feel that confident, we pull out all the stops, and it's a major, significant demonstration of how confident she is in the relationship," Stanton added.

Unlike most of Swift's flames in the past, Kelce took to the stage confidently and appeared genuinely happy in front of the crowd.

"The fact he's so happy in the situation shows he's reciprocating what she's saying, which is that he is for her, and by him taking part, it shows he feels the same. The fact he's willing to take part and be in a costume, he's not shying away from carrying her," Stanton shared. "There's no signs of insecurity or lack of confidence."

The expert also emphasized that Swift's decision to bring Kelce on stage underscores the seriousness of their relationship and suggests the potential for marriage.

He also noted a subtle wedding theme during the show's segment where Kelce appeared. Swift was dressed in a white gown, while Kelce wore a black tuxedo complete with a top hat and tails.

It's not all for the show, either.

The two were spotted leaving London hand in hand after Swift's third and final Eras Tour show. A fan-shared video captured the couple together, with the Kansas City Chiefs player dressed in all-white and a bucket hat, patiently waiting for his songstress beau to finish chatting up with someone.
