Taylor Swift took a backstage selfie with Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Royal experts weighed in on Taylor Swift's latest interaction with Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, saying it indicated the singer is "Team Wales."

The 34-year-old singer posted a selfie with Travis Kelce and the royals on her Instagram page. They posed for the snap during her Eras Tour stop in London on June 21.

The official Instagram account of the Prince and Princess of Wales also shared a behind-the-scenes snap of the interaction, showing the heir to the throne and his two kids enjoying the moment.

Following the release of the updates, Kinsey Schofield revealed Swift just showed her full support for the Wales family amid Prince William and Kate Middleton's feud with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

"Now, remember, Meghan Markle had requested for Taylor to be her podcast," said Schofield. "She wrote her a handwritten letter and Taylor's team rejected it."

The commentator added, "Megan also later released through People magazine that she had spent some time at a Taylor Swift concert. So I think we are seeing our Taylor side with Team Wales here over the last few hours. Also, you know, a lot of people pointing out the pictures of Meghan and Harry at the Beyoncé concert, where Harry looks pretty miserable versus Prince William shaking his tail feather at the Taylor Swift concert. You're just seeing that Prince William is pursuing joy. And I think that is important."

According to Schofield, the Suits alum is likely jealous of Prince William's time with "The Tortured Poets Department" singer since she attended the Eras Tour in Los Angeles, Calif., in 2023 but did not get the chance to meet Taylor.

The Telegraph previously reported that the Duchess of Sussex wrote Taylor a personal letter to invite her to her "Archetypes" podcast, but the songstress reportedly "declined, through a representative." Wall Street Journal also disclosed Taylor's team politely declined Meghan's invitation.

Schofield previously said on GBN America that Meghan was desperate to be friends with Taylor as she wanted to be like her "marketing-wise" after rebranding their website from Archewell to Sussex.com.

Meghan is teaming up with Lemonada Media to release a new podcast after "Archetypes" success.
