Kanye West has been named a defendant in a new shocking lawsuit.
In the new bombshell lawsuit obtained by TMZ, YZYVSN development team's employees accused West and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, of "forced labor and cruel inhuman, or degrading treatment." They filed the case in a U.S. District Court.
According to the employees, West and Yiannopoulos used racist language while they were working for them. They also allegedly called staff members, some of whom were only 14, "slaves."
The lawsuit alleged that the "Jesus Is King" rapper had made them sign non-disclosure agreements. They reportedly threatened to fire the young workers and not pay them if they refused.
The employees also made separate claims about West and Yiannopoulos. The "CARNIVAL" rapper allegedly used offensive terms in a group chat, while Yiannopoulos reportedly sent a black/brown skin emoji to an African-American worker.
The new filing came after West's former assistant claimed he and Bianca Censori called her to discuss having a five-person orgy.
"Later that evening at the office, Kanye West a.k.a. Ye asked his wife and other female guests to perform oral s-- on him and his male guests in the office changing room. During this same time period, Kanye West a.k.a. Ye asked design assistants at the Yeezy/Gap office why [Pisciotta] would not want to have s-- with him," the previous document read.
Neither West nor Yiannopoulos has responded to the new lawsuit.
The "Can't Tell Me Nothing" hitmaker previously made headlines due to his alleged money issues. The problem did not stop him from making frivolous spending.
West reportedly spent $50,000 on the most expensive wine, caviar and steak for his guests at Quartier Saint Germain des Pres.
"Kanye loves to be a great host. He isn't afraid to spend tons of money on food and drink. He loves Paris and French cuisine," the insider said of West's lavish dinner. "He is the kind of person that we love. He doesn't count how much he spends, as long as everyone involved has a great time."
Aside from legal issues, West's lack of endorsement deals, real estate issues and more have reportedly made his finances hit rock bottom.
