Given their alleged marriage challenges, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have decided to part ways with valuable items from their extensive collection.

Information obtained by Page Six reveals that the couple is parting with select pieces of artwork from their luxurious $60 million residence, currently listed for sale amid speculation about their impending divorce.

Reports indicate that individuals with a strong interest in art have been acquiring various pieces recently made available for sale from the residence of Lopez and Affleck at the beginning of June.

The couple swiftly decided to list it for sale just shy of a year later acquiring the massive estate in 2023. According to a source, their dissatisfaction with the property prompted their decision to part with it.

The insider told People magazine, "[Affleck] never liked the house. It's too far away from his kids."

It has also been confirmed that Affleck has officially completed his move-out process by relocating all of his possessions from the Beverly Hills residence he once shared with Lopez.

The Gone Girl actor has been residing solo in a rented home in Brentwood for the last month. Recently, he decided to clear out all of his belongings that were still in Beverly Hills.

Upon Lopez's return from her Italian getaway, sources revealed that he had already relocated all his belongings from the mansion they were selling.

An insider revealed, via the Daily News, "[Affleck] continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He's been there for about two months now."

"He seems OK. He's been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He's also spending time with his kids."
