Justin Timberlake could not hold back his tears while thanking his fans at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 7, 2024.

"So many of you keep shining [your] light on me, and I want you to know how grateful I am, and I do not take it for granted. And each and everyone of you - even you rookies tonight - you have made my life special," the emotional "Mirrors" singer told the crowd, Page Six reported.

As Timberlake continued his gratitude speech, he promised the audience that he'd remember them.

"until, I'm somewhere off this earth - wherever that might be - I want you to know that I will never forget each and everyone of you... I said I wasn't gonna cry!" he added.

Timbelake's speech of gratitude came weeks after he became entangled in controversy because of his arrest in Sag Harbor, New York. The 43-year-old singer was arrested after driving while intoxicated on June 18, 2024.

The singer was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two other traffic violations, including not stopping at a stop sign and failure to stay in a proper lane of travel. The Grammy-winning singer was arrested and eventually freed without bail the morning after.

Following his arrest, Timberlake's marriage to Jessica Biel was heavily scrutinized. Conflicting sources say Timberlake's arrest was Biel's "wake-up call" on the couple's adulterous 17-year relationship.

"Justin has humiliated her again," a source told In Touch Weekly about Biel's reaction toward her husband's arrest. "This could all lead to a divorce bombshell. No one would be shocked if Jessica issued Justin an ultimatum: Get help - or it's over."

Additionally, Biel's friends think she has married a "loser," they hate that her life was occupied by "trying to get Justin to stay on the straight and narrow."

Meanwhile, Timberlake's mugshot became an art installation in New York after artist Godfrey Lohman painted the singer's mugshot and turned in the painting at the local Romany Kramoris Gallery in the Hamptons.

According to one of the gallery's curators, Timberlake's portrait is their "most contemporary piece," describing it as "au courant."

Notably, the gallery has already sold two or three works, and "a lot of people are coming back." Reportedly, the lines have been nonstop, and pedestrians have snapped photos of Timberlake's painted mugshot.
