Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are looking to make a change.
In the past few months, rumors about the couple's impending divorce have been swirling. A new source now reveals that they want their Beverly Hills, California mansion sold as soon as possible.
According to a source who spoke to Us Weekly, "They thought they could sell it off-market but made a game-time decision in order to put more eyes on the property."
"They are in a rush to sell it. Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there."
Lopez and Affleck reportedly never genuninely felt at home in the expansive 38,000-square-foot residence.
"They rarely have all the kids there at once, so it felt huge for the two of them."
The source also revealed that the decision to list the house publicly was only recently made, at the same time it hit the media in June.
In early July, Page Six reported that they were also looking to sell some art from their shared mansion.
Another insider told People magazine that the Gone Girl actor believed their home was too distant from his children, whereas the Atlas actress found it excessively spacious.
Lopez and Affleck purchased their "forever" home just over a year ago. After a lengthy home search, they bought a 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion for $60.85 million.

They moved into their "forever" home after their impromptu Las Vegas elopement two decades after their initial engagement.
Despite Lopez's initial opinions about the beauty and patience of love, recent reports suggest that she has moved on from her marriage to Affleck.
"Lopez has had enough and she really tried but she can do no more, it's not getting any better, it's worse," an insider told Daily Mail last month.
Another tipster close to the couple revealed in May that Affleck has had a change of heart about their relationship and is contemplating a divorce.
According to a report from Page Six, the 51-year-old actor felt like he had been in a daze for the past two years and had finally realized that their marriage was not sustainable.
The Batman v. Superman actor reportedly believed that if there were a way to divorce due to temporary insanity legally, he would consider it.
