A security guard has taken legal action against Chris Brown and rapper Yella Beezy over an alleged fight that happened backstage at one of the singer's recent Texas shows.

Frederick R. Overpeck alleged that he sustained neck and hip injuries while intervening in the physical altercation, which has already resulted in a separate $50 million lawsuit. The security guard is seeking a minimum of $15 million in damages from the two individuals, as reported by TMZ.

Overpeck explained that he had been employed as a security guard at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, during Brown's "11:11" tour stop on July 20. His duty was to oversee the backstage meet-and-greet section, where the alleged altercation occurred.

Yella Beezy was implicated in the $50 million lawsuit brought forth by four individuals, who claimed they were attacked by Brown's crew, including the Dallas rapper, at the VIP area that night.

In the legal documents filed by Overpeck, it was claimed that the "With You" crooner orchestrated the assault, which the guard described as a brutal altercation reminiscent of a prison brawl.

When the security guard tried to step in, he was allegedly attacked with punches and kicks by Brown's entourage.

Overpeck admitted he didn't know who Brown was at the time and described his injuries, including cracked vertebrae in his neck and a severely hurt hip.

The guard's claims were in line with allegations made by Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell, the plaintiffs in the $50 million suit.

The four individuals claimed they, along with a group of 40 female attendees, were granted access to the backstage area for post-show mingling following Brown's July 20 concert.

As stated by the plaintiffs in legal documents, Brown took approximately 30 minutes to show up at the VIP area in the venue. Once he arrived, the plaintiffs were prepared to leave. One of the plaintiffs, Bush, approached Brown and praised him over his performance.

After Brown's initial display of kindness, a member of the singer's group started to create discord by hinting at unresolved personal conflicts between the artist and Bush.

According to the legal documents, Bush alleged that Brown then instructed his crew to attack him physically, resulting in a group of seven to 10 men encircling, striking, and kicking him.

Additionally, Bush claimed in the lawsuit that an individual affiliated with Brown, referred to as "Hood Boss," threw a chair in his direction.

The four individuals also alleged that Brown instructed Yella Beezy and his companions to attack Parker, resulting in a 10-minute beating with repeated punches and kicks to his head.

The 35-year-old R&B singer was accused of making things worse by urging all of his friends to join in on the attack.

After the alleged incident, all four plaintiffs said they needed medical treatment for the severe injuries they suffered.

Brown and Yella Beezy have not publicly responded to the lawsuits.
