Taylor Swift is cheering for Team USA as one of her songs was used in a video for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Swifties have recently seen Swift's "Reputation" Easter eggs everywhere, from "Eras Tour" costumes to a recent piano mishap. However, a big one came when NBC dropped a promo video for its primetime broadcast of the 2024 Paris Olympics Saturday featuring her track "Ready For It?" from "Reputation."
Swift acknowledged the use of her song by resharing the clip on Instagram Stories and Facebook and writing; "So ready to scream at my TV cheering for these athletes."
NBC Olympics also posted the promo video on X, formerly Twitter, and wrote, "Baby Let The Games Begin. #WeAreReadyForIt," tagging the singer.
The video started with a breathtaking image of an illuminated Eiffel Tower and a live performance of the singer's 2017 hit.
A clip of the Olympic rings was followed by footage of Team USA athletes, including LeBron James, discussing the importance of competing in the Olympics.
Swift asked halfway through the video, as the Olympic cauldron rose during the Paris opening ceremony's last seconds, "Are you ready for it?"
Her song complemented a montage of Team USA athletes as they flawlessly showcased their skills in various sports.
"Baby, let the games begin!" Swift croons in the song. "... In the middle of the night / In my dreams... Baby, let the games begin!"
Simone Biles is then shown against a spotless white background near the end of the video.
"Are you guys ready for it?" Biles said, repeating the line from Swift's song.
Then, Swift herself said, "Are you ready for it?"
It comes amid rumors that the 14-time Grammy winner may visit Paris this month while on her "Eras Tour's" European leg. She has a few days free over the next two weeks, including Aug. 11, the day of the closing ceremony.
