Eminem referenced his former rap rival Machine Gun Kelly as he engaged in a heated confrontation with his alter ego Slim Shady.

In a new video posted by Complex, titled "Slim Shady vs. Marshall Mathers: The Face-Off," the 51-year-old rapper sported a cap, beard, and a black hooded shirt with khaki pants and white sneakers.

Seated across from him was an artificial intelligence-generated representation of his Slim Shady alter ego sporting short blond hair and dressed in a white T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers.

Eminem and AI Slim Shady immediately jumped into trading barbs, with the latter telling the rapper, 'I've been sent from the past to save our career. Everything people think of when they think of Eminem, is f**king yours truly."

In the latter part of the conversation, AI Slim Shady brought up Kelly as he persistently questioned the "Lose Yourself" rapper about his previous cutting lyrics directed at various celebrities.

"MGK f**ked your mother," Slim Shady said, to which Eminem responded, "He did, but she's your mother too, so you really need some help man."

MGK and Eminem's feud first erupted years ago.

In 2012, the then-22-year-old "Bloody Valentine" rapper made a notable misstep when he described Eminem's daughter Hailie, who was only 16 years old then, as "hot" on his Twitter account.

MGK later accused Eminem of using his influence to block his music career after the tweet.

In response, Eminem playfully mocked MGK in his song "Not Alike." Unexpectedly, MGK fired back with "Rap Devil," targeting the "Rap God." The online reaction left many in awe, with some convinced that MGK came out on top in the rap feud.

During a conversation with journalist and radio host Sway Calloway, Eminem shed light on his issues with MGK, clarifying that he attacked him because the younger artist believed Eminem was attempting to sabotage his professional journey, according to XXL.

After the interview concluded, Eminem swiftly released his rebuttal to MGK, "Killshot." The song saw Eminem poking fun at Kelly's unique hairstyle and his challenges in the music industry, and he even mentioned MGK's former flame, Halsey.

In 2020, Eminem revisited the topic of MGK in a rap verse featured in his song "Unaccommodating."

He confidently raps in the track, "But when they ask me, is the war finished with MGK? Of course it is / I cleansed him of his mortal sins."

"I'm God and the Lord forgives / Even the devil worshippers," Eminem raps.
