SZA fans will not be able to watch her perform live for some time as she has announced that she's taking an indefinite hiatus from shows.
The "Kill Bill" hitmaker announced via social media that she will take a break from performances "for a while" on Monday -- a day after her headlining performance at Montreal's Osheaga Fest.
SZA has been busy playing huge sets at Lollapalooza, Osheaga, and Glastonbury this summer after completing her "SOS" tour between February 2023 and May of this year, according to Rolling Stone.
"Yesterday was my last show for a while," the R&B queen wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "Finally bout to get my life together thank u God."
SZA's post came after she reshared a fan's comment describing her sets as "so hype."
"This makes me so happy 'cause that's all I'm [trying to] do!! I jus wanna capture y'alls energy mix it up [with] mine, add some love and throw it back," SZA responded. "All within 90 mins I love you."
But though the singer won't be performing live in the coming weeks, fans still have a lot to look forward to as she has hinted at an album called "Lana" and a Paramore collaboration.
In March, she posted, "Will be dropping the leaks and outtakes from 'SOS' as promised as the deluxe asap. 'Lana' deserves more time and music no one's ever heard before."
Last week, the "Snooze" singer dubbed herself "cringe" after oversharing about her thoughts on love on social media.
"I wanna be loved so madly I can't think, I can't breathe, I can't BE. I WANNA BE TRAPPED IN THE EVER DOWNWARD SPIRAL OF HYSTERIA THAT IS LOVE. I WANNA DROWN AND SUFFOCATE IN ITTTT," she passionately wrote on X. "AAAAHHHHHHHHH CHOKE ME IN LOVE PLEASE!!!"
The next day, SZA seemingly regretted her openness as she posted, "I love embarrassing myself to the point of having to ghost someone BECAUSE WHY DID I SAY AND DO THAAAATTT."
Fans immediately expressed support for SZA, with one user commenting, "I thought it was okay to be cringe bae? Let's be cringe together."
SZA responded and called herself the "cringe queen."
