Lana Del Rey New Song 2013 Leak: 'Let My Hair Down' is Relaxed, Old School Love Song in Latest Unofficial Release from 'Young & Beautiful' Singer [LISTEN]

It's been over a week since a new song from "Young & Beautiful" singer Lana Del Rey has leaked. Considering the summer she has had, that is quite the accomplishment. Today, however, yet another previously unreleased Del Rey track sprung up on SoundCloud, "Let My Hair Down."

Featuring a laid back beat (which is somehow reminiscent of a '60s cabana party -- think Don Draper in California), and relaxed, slightly mumbled vocals from Del Rey, "Let My Hair Down" is a shuffling love song about finding comfort in someone new. "You make me wanna let my hair down / You got me moving like no one can / You got me dancing up the stairs now, man / You get me moving like no one can," Del Rey sings each line repeatedly, emphasizing the chill vibes of the track.

According to tags on the SoundCloud post from which "Let My Hair Down" came from, the song was recorded sometime in 2007. This would mark the track from roughly the same time as the Lady Gaga diss track "So Legit." 2007 was when Del Rey was still recording under her birth name, Lizzie Grant, and is a full year before her first EP "Kill Kill" was released.

"Let My Hair Down" is just one of many Lana Del Rey songs to leak onto the Internet this summer. Other unofficially released tracks include: "Maha Maha," "Black Beauty," "Behind Closed Doors" and "In A Bad Way," among others.
