Drake is reportedly under investigation after members of his camp allegedly threatened a Houston stripper.
The alleged victim, Jhonni Blaze, told Houston PD the following story (TMZ):
- Drake and Blaze engaged in sexual intercourse
- Drake believed Blaze would speak publicly about it
- Drake began sending Blaze angry text messages
- Members of Drake's camp came to her house, "banged on the door and threatened her life."
Houston PD confirmed with TMZ that they're launching an investigation into a "possible celebrity," but would not specify which one. Sources told the website that Drake was being investigated for the above incidents.
But now, Blaze is going back on that report.
"I would never talk about nobody and I don't have nothing bad to say about Drake," she told the Madd Hatta Morning Show. "I never called the police on Aubrey [Drake's given name]," she said. "I actually called the police because my friend came home and she said that some guys said that they were looking for me. So, I documented that for my protection and for some odd reason people were calling me looney."
She then offered an apology for the supposed miscommunication.
"I did what was right as a woman and just filed a police report for my safety, in case something happened to me," Blaze said. "I apologize to the whole staff and whoever works with Drake. I apologize from my heart."
Drake finished up his tour with Lil Wayne next week, where he alluded to a 2015 version of the Drake vs. Lil Wayne bit.
"We're tied up tonight. I know there has to be a winner or they want to see a winner, but I've got an idea," Drake said, per Vibe. "I feel like, you put out this Carter V, I put out this Views From The 6, we do this tour again next year and we start that bitch in Houston."
As previously reported, Wayne is slated to release Tha Carter V on October 28.
During a recent interview with XXL, he didn't offer up many details. Kendrick Lamar hinted that her may be featured on the album while chatting with Power 106 Los Angeles.
Drake's Views From The 6 will likely be available sometime in early 2015.
