Humanity, rejoice! Justin Bieber's mustache is gone. Yep, that patchy, light blonde, dirty 'stache is no more according to a photo he posted this mornign on Shots, the new selfie app he has stock in, with the caption "Shaved the monster."
Does this mean it's gone once and for all? Who knows. The "Confident" singer fooled us all back in August when he posted a video to Instagram of him shaving the 'stache, tricking us into thinking it would be gone for good.
Bieber first unveiled his 'stache to the world about a year ago in a 30-second teaser trailer for his movie Believe. In the opening scene, his manager Scooter Braun joked about the then-new facial hair.
"Come here, have you seen this manhood right here?" he said, pointing to the peach fuzz.
He even launched the hashtag #Stache in honor of the new facial addition.
Just a few days ago, TIME wrote a piece about called "How Justin Bieber Killed The Mustache." We wonder if that had anything to do with the 'stache's latest disappearance.
That or the fact that pretty much everyone in the world hated it and were vocal about it on all forms of social media.
Either way, we're happy we don't have to look at it anymore.
