Daniel Franzese From 'Mean Girls' Sings Sam Smith Parody 'Please Go Home' [WATCH]

Since Weird Al didn’t include a parody of Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me” on his most recent album Mandatory Fun, someone else had to step in, and that person is actor Daniel Franzese, who you probably know as Damian from Mean Girls (“Too gay to function”...that guy). Titled “Please Go Home,” the song totally flips the message of “Stay With Me,” with Franzese begging his one-night-stand to get out of his house.

"Won't you please go home?" Franzese sings in the chorus, "I wanna be alone/I'll call a cab, where is my phone?/Oh won't you please go home?"

The music video features Adrian Anchondo (who also wrote and directed it) as Franzese’s clingy one-night-stand, and the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus also makes an appearance. You can check it out right here:

There’s no word yet as to what Smith thinks of the song, but he’s probably going to be a good sport about it.

“Please Go Home” isn’t the first song parody that Anchondo has made. He’s also made music videos spoofing Beyoncé’s “Partition” (titled “In N Out Mission,” about In N Out Burger) and “Drunk in Love” (titled “Dunkin Love,” about Dunkin Donuts).
