On December 2nd at 8 p.m. (ET), CMT will honor the top country artists of 2014 during the annual 90-minute CMT Artists of the Year special. Broadcasting live from Nashville, the night will feature star-studded performances and one huge celebration.

The honorees this year are Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban. Since the beginning in 2010, Jason Aldean has been honored every year. Luke, FGL and Miranda have all been named in the past as well. For Keith Urban, this will be his first time being named one of the Artists of the Year.

According to CMT, "all five honorees have illustrated their impact in country music through massive radio airplay, chart-topping album sales and millions of individual downloads of their current singles. Additionally, these acts have sold out concert tours and, collectively, their videos have received hundreds of millions of streams, earning them the honor of being named one of the CMT Artists of the Year."

On the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, Jason Aldean's "Burnin' It Down' is currently at #1. Florida Georgia Line's "Dirt" is at #2 after peaking at #1 while their tune, "Sippin' on Fire" entered the charts this week at #10.
