Earlier this week, Drake fans were pleasantly surprised with some new music and now he's doubling back with more. He just released two new songs, "6 God" and "Heat of the Moment," on the heels of the possible Views From The 6 cut "How About Now."
No word on whether or not these tracks will appear on the Toronto rapper's fourth album.
Drizzy has been pretty mum on the Tyga ordeal but it sounds like he could've possibly addressed things on "6 God," which was produced by Boi-1da and Syk Sense.
"Nobody really likes us except for us/Yeah, all I really needed was the squad so that's what's up/My sound got the whole city away right now/So I don't give a fuck about what anybody saying right now," he raps.
During a recent interview with Vibe, Tyga spoke on the relationship with his label mates. He called his fellow YMCMB rapper "fake" and said that he doesn't "like Drake as a person."
Drizzy decided to showcase his softer side as well by releasing "Heat of the Moment," just in time for cuffing season.
"And all the cops are still/Hanging out at the donut shops/Talkin' bout how the weather's changing/Ice is melting, as if the world is ending/She asks me /'Who are you gonna be, when it's all over?'," he harmonizes.
Still no clue on when to expect the album, except Drake's mention of some sort on "0 to 100/The Catch Up," where he raps, "We already got spring 2015 poppin' / PND droppin', Reps-up P droppin' / Majid Jordan droppin', OB droppin', not to mention me droppin'."
Stay tuned for more updates.
