MIXTAPE MONDAY: Check Out New Songs From Damien Rice, Belle And Sebastian, Angel Olsen And Many More!

Each and every week we put together our favorite tracks that had premiered a few days prior into one magnificent mixtape to share with you and your friends. This time around we've decided to share new songs from Damien Rice, Belle And Sebastian, Angel Olsen and more right here!

"Not Today," the new single from New York punk rock outfit Big Ups is the kind of song that is perfect for Monday listening. Released last week, we can't deny the souring energy and angst that this track exudes.

RIYL: METZ, Cloud Nothings

Besides LABRYYYNtH's odd spelling and style, this experimental alt country outfit also has an odd makeup of members. Featuring Dr. Dog's Dimitri Manos and members of his other band, Golden Boots, this offshoot of an offshoot band is definitely worth checking out, even if you're confused about how it came about. Check out the group's new song "Ugly One" below!

RIYL: Animal Collective meets Dr. Dog

The Decemberists frontman Colin Meloy was recently busking on the streets of Brooklyn when he decided to debut a new song off of the forthcoming record from the band, What A Terrible World, What A Beautiful World. Check out a live, acoustic version of this song, "Lake Song," below!

RIYL: Ben Gibbard, Belle and Sebastian

Check out She & Him's cover of Frank Sinatra's "Time After Time," My Morning Jacket's cover of Woody Guthrie's "This Land Is Your Land," PJ Harvey's cover of Nick Cave's "Red Right Hand," and Heart's cover of The Foo Fighters' "No Way Back."

This week Belle and Sebastian debuted the new song, "The Party Line," which is a great number for... well, a party! The electronica number is definitely one of the cooler tracks released this week.

RIYL: Kisses, How to Dress Well

Damien Rice has been missing from the music world for a while it seems, but this week he premiered one of his best and saddest songs, "The Greatest Bastard." The tune is absolutely Rice at his best, and probably his lowest.

RIYL: there's only one Damien Rice

Closing out this week's Mixtape is none other than Angel Olsen, one of our favorite artists-and probably one of yours too. Her heart wrenching number "May As Well" is a bonus track featured on the deluxe edition of Burn Your Fire For No Witness. This song is such a treat for fans of Angel.

RIYL: Sharon Van Etten, Marissa Nadler
You can listen to this bonus track from Olsen over at NPR!

This week's mixtape ended on a sad note, so make sure that you share it with a friend going through a hard time. A lot of emotions are present throughout, so this is definitely a compilation to relate to!
