Move over Justin Bieber, "Something Big" is happening... and his name is Shawn Mendes. Today (Nov. 11), the tween idol released his new music video for his latest single "Something Big" as he gains momentum and plenty of fans throughout the clip.
The concept for "Something Big" keeps it simple... Mendes awakes from his slumber, looking as doe eyed and perfectly scruffy haired as ever. After brushing his teeth, the 16-year-old singer-songwriter takes to the streets of his suburb.
As Mendes strolls down the street, singing his building and peppy single all the while, he gains a motley crew of fans and friends. There are the expected teenybopper fan girls, teenage boys who are presumably his friends and eventually grannies, marching bands and even a dude on a riding lawnmower join the parade.
Eventually, Mendes take his party crew to a rooftop, where he strums the guitar and gives a rousing performance. There's also a dance-off scene, because this is a teen heartthrob music video we're talking about here!
