Lady Gaga officially dropped her second track, "Aura," from the upcoming ARTPOP in a Machete Kills lyrics music video. The clip features the queen of the little monsters as La Camaleón, wielding a gun and wearing fur for the Robert-Rodriguez-directed film.
Zedd produced the track and told MTV News that it has the potential to be the album's next single.
"I obviously, I would love for it to be a single, but there's so many great songs on the album. She will make the right decision," Zedd told them. "I think 'Aura' [is] one of the most interesting and unique electronic songs ever, honestly. It's so crossing over to, you know, there's so many guitars and it's like an oriental vibe. And there's a hard electronic drop and kind of a minimal drop in the end. I don't how to describe it, it's kind of cool."
Machete Kills is due out in theatres tomorrow (Oct. 11) and features a star-studded cast including Danny Trejo, Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard, Charlie Sheen, Antonio Banderas, Jessica Alba, Alexa Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Mel Gibson.
Gaga also revealed the tracklist for the album, which includes collaborations with T.I., Too Short, Twista and R. Kelly.
