Deadmau5 Talks New Music And New Label For 2014, Calls Justin Bieber A 'Spoiled B---h'

If you think you haven't heard much from DeadMau5 (born Joel Zimmerman) this year, get ready for 2014. EDM's bobble-headed DJ has been hard at work producing new material, according to Rolling Stone.

"I've been going hardcore on production," he told them. "I've got six, seven, eight, nine, 10 songs."

According to the article, the DJ has plans to tour as well. Leading up to the New Year, he will release two new songs, "Your Ad Here," and "Suckfest 9001," on Nov. 12 as part of the mau5trap compilation We Are Friends. The album features collaborations with artists including Steve Duda as BSOD and will be his debut album on the electronic music label Astralwerks (Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Kraftwerk).

"I've been waiting a year and a half for the technology to catch up to what I want to do," he told Rolling Stone. "I'm still waiting."

In other Deadmau5 news, the DJ called Justin Bieber a "spoiled b---h" on Twitter after the Canadian pop star interrupted British DJ and producer Michael Wood's set in Singapore on Saturday to demand he wanted to hear more rap music.

Zimmerman wrote, "Dear @JustinBieber, would you grow the f---k up already? In the meantime, put a shirt on, and stay away from nightclubs."

And boy did Beliebers freak out on him. The DJ's Twitter page was covered with tweets defending Bieber. So Deadmau5 went to his Facebook page to respond, "I guess I'll hang around here [Facebook] a while. It's dark and scary on Twitter. Too many little butthurt kids all up my ass for standing up to a spoiled little b---h. Such is life."
