Earlier this month, Prince invited fans to his famous Paisley Park Studios for a intimate, limited-capacity concert. He is opening the doors to his Minneapolis home again this weekend for an even later show — pajamas encouraged.
He is calling the concert, "The Breakfast Experience Pajama Dance Party," and it will take place on Oct. 19 starting at 2 a.m. He will again be performing with 3rdEyeGirl. The invitation poster indicates that the party will go on "til' the sun comes up!" and that attendees should "Dress 2 impress keep it classy!"
As was the case last time, there is a $50 donation required at the door (still no word on what the money is going toward). The rules are the same as last time: no cameras, recording devices or cell phones allowed. No alcohol either.
The event is likely tied to his recent debut of the video for his single "Breakfast Can Wait," which will be featured on Prince's forthcoming album tentatively titled Plectrum Electrum. A release date for the record has not yet been announced.
Watch the video for "Breakfast Can Wait" below, and let us know if you end up attending Prince's party. We'd love to hear about all of the pancakes you ate.
