Banks, Caribou and Little Dragon Top Hype Machine's "Most Blogged About" List for 2014 (Full List)

Struggling to find out what's next in music? Well it may be too late now but Hype Machine's annual list of the most blogged-about performers has come out so that you can try to catch up with what's hot. Topping the list for 2014 is electro-pop artist Banks.

Although her debut album, Goddess, has been out since September, her current single "Beggin' For Thread" is getting about as much radio play as anything previously. Other popular artists this years include Canadian electronic performer Caribou and Swedish trip-hop act Little Dragon.

If these acts seem obscure to you, you can take some solace in knowing that not every act in the Top 20 is indie: Lorde, Lana Del Rey and Drake also make appearances.

Disclosure and Chvrches were last year's most-blogged-about acts so you know that there's a legitimate chance you'll be hearing more about these acts during 2015. Five of the acts on this year's list are repeats: The aforementioned trio of Lorde, Del Rey and Drake stuck to the back of the list, London Grammar moved back a few spaces (although that could be due to less controversial tweets from the BBC calling vocalist Hannah Reid "fit") , while Banks came in at no. 11 during 2013.

If you're already overly familiar with the acts listed below, you can check out Hypemachine's live updates for "most blogged," which as of publication featured performers Twin Shadow, Joey Bada$$ and Of Montreal (so nothing too groundbreaking).
