Kip Moore has done his fair share of providing support for some of country music's more preeminent acts, and now he's finally getting his own headlining tour. The venues won't be as spacious as those he occupied when opening for Toby Keith, Eric Church and Brantley Gilbert, but the independence will be nice, we're sure.
Moore was originally planning on spending the fall opening for another big act, Lady Antebellum, but the pregnancy of vocalist Hillary Scott has pushed those dates back to 2014. Moore took advantage of the situation and scheduled his own "Burn The Whole World Down" tour. The performer said the name of the tour refers to a track from his forthcoming new album, as well as being the title of a documentary portraying his rise in popularity.
"It just seemed to fit and was something fun we could call this last run of dates, we're going to go down in flames here at the end of the year," he said. "The best way to test out new songs is always to play them live for the fans, so I'm excited to get some feedback direct from them."
As for his own openers, Moore will be joined by Drake White and Joey Hyde. Check out the full list of dates below.
