In a new twist this year, The Voice gave its season seven finalists the chance to record an original single and an accompanying music video. Last night (Dec. 15), in a performance-filled penultimate episode, finalist, the comeback kid and Ohio college student Chris Jamison debuted his sexified, very Adam Levine-esque new single "Velvet." Like his fellow finalists Matt McAndrew, Craig Wayne Boyd and Damien, Jamison's original track now has a music video and studio recording, and this one is pretty saucy.
After likening his lady's insides to velvet cushions in the "Velvet" lyrics (like, eww), he takes the music video to a backseat of a car, fittingly. Steaming up the windows and getting hot and heavy is the main focus of this music video. Jamison and his lady love make that car purr with all their loving.
When not making out ravenously in the car, Jamison's video girl is mugging for the cameras and he's busy performing in front of the parked vehicle in an alleyway. Jamison is all about selling this performance, with plenty of hand motions and intense faces to really try and sell this sexuality.

Jamison is one of four finalists for The Voice season seven, against Matt McAndrew, Damien and Craig Wayne Boyd. The winner of the show will be revealed tonight (Dec. 16) in a finale that will also feature performances from Ed Sheeran, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hozier, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars and more.
