Hilary Duff is back in the recording studio this Halloween. She tweeted that she's "back in the box...only today I'm a fox." Along with the tweet was a fitting picture of her donning a fox mask for the occasion.
On September 24th, the Internet went crazy when she tweeted the below picture recording in West Hollywood. She was recording with music producer Billy Mann in last month's session, and now they're in the studio together again. Mann has worked with diverse artists such as P!nk, John Legend, and Celine Dion. Duff's tweet received over 1,000 RTs and had fans speculating if Better Days would be the name of her next album. The other big question was, when would it be released? The 26 year-old actress and singer's last album Dignity was released in 2007, so followers are eager to hear something new.
The Daily Mail gave some clues as to what Duff said her next album could sound like. In a twitter Q&A, Duff said: "I'm exploring a lot of cool options and I don't want to give a timeline yet, but I promise exciting stuff is coming. I'm super into EDM. Definitely catchy hooks. I've always cared a lot abt lyrics & love to dance!"
Duff has been busy since her fourth album debut, continuing film and television appearances while growing in her personal life. In 2010 she married former NHL player Mike Comrie and had a son together two years later.
It's clear from her fans' response over social media that they're ready for more music from the young star.
Are you looking forward to some dance music from Duff?
