Scorpions Announce New Album 'Return To Forever,' Single 'We Built This House'

Few bands get to celebrate their 50th anniversary, so Scorpions are making the most of their opportunity with a new album and European tour.

The "Rock You Like a Hurricane" hitmakers collected charting singles in four different decades, with 2004's "You Are the Champion" being their most recent success. Now, they've got a new single, "We Built This House," to serve as a preview for their first album in five years (Return to Forever, scheduled for Feb. 23).

"In the end, it tells our story," singer Klaus Meine said of the new song (via Ultimate Classic Rock). "We've built this house called Scorpions brick by brick and often quite arduously. From the first days in Hannover, the first concerts abroad, until this very day. We've weathered severe storms, but the house withstood everything, turned out to be wheatherproof and stable. However, building the house was never just cumbersome, but joyful as well."
