Kanye West is probably one of the least likely artists out there to release a Christmas single, let alone a whole album. But, fans of the album Yeezus and the holiday season need not worry anymore - humorous troupe Local Business Comedy have got you covered. This Christmas, the Internet comedians gifted us with Kreezus, an unbelievably on point holiday parody of West's hit 2013 album.
Tracks on Kreezus include "New Sleighs," "Wrapped 2," "Lights on the Trees" and, of course, "I Am A Claus," according to Consequence of Sound. And the album is full of wonderful jingle and jangle themed parodies of West's poignant lyrics.
Take, for example, "New Sleighs." In addition to the perfectly crafted title, the song has some key lyric changes that make it a perfect fit for the holiday. "Ms. Claus was raised in the era when / Clean snow was only rode by Jack Skellington / Riding snow you would have thought I had help / But they wasn't satisfied unless I shoveled snow myself," the fake West raps. He also states that he's going to go "Nicholas Saint."
It's just the kind of abrasive and loud Christmas music that should make Paramore's Hayley Williams happy this yuletide.
The whole Kreezus album is available to stream online. Listen below. But think twice before putting this on at your big old family gathering. The album, much like Yeezus, is pretty NSFW.
Yes, this blends the f-word with Christmas. It's not the parody we need, but the one we deserve this holiday season.
